School Update

Wow, didn't realize it would take me this long to update you on their first few day of school! It is going GREAT so far! The kids are having a BLAST. They shed little or no tears when Terry drops them off in the morning. I have been getting e-mail updates from the "Site Specialist" that goes in their room periodically to give the teachers a break. I have been averaging 3 or 4 updates daily which is pretty nice and definitely unexpected. Terry has also made it a point to go over there since he can just walk over. I am SO excited for TJ and Olivia! Olivia is apparently a talker and LOVES the slide on the playground. TJ loves to play in the big 'ride-in' car that's on the playground. He has really shocked me in that he has not had as much separation anxiety as I thought he would. I KNEW Olivia would be fine. Another shocker has been their willingness to actually nap during naptime. They have apparently had no problems going right to sleep. I'll have to consult the school to see what the secret is! BEST of all, by the time we get home, get dinner and a bath they are WORN OUT! TJ slept through the night last night and Olivia only woke up once for a few minutes…sounded like she was having a nightmare or something. Anyway, so far so good with the BCC Montessori school! I'll keep you updated:)
